Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals. Please keep in mind the purchaser is responsible for duties and taxes for their country if applicable.

We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible.
As we manufacture many of our products, time frames can vary time needs to be allowed for this.
If your order is above 3kg please contact us for a express shipping quote.
We love to mix things up, we have done all sorts of bespoke shapes for customers. If you have an idea that's a bit different, contact us at info@arttreecreations.com.au and we will do our best to bring your idea to life.
We Love it when customers come in to see us. We are open Monday to Friday 10am to 4.30pm excl PH. We have a gallery of finished pieces for inspiration and are happy to spend the time with you answering your questions

You need to notify us at info@arttreecreations.com.au within 24-48 hours of being delivered. You need to provide photo's of the damaged package with the label in the photo and photo's of the damaged product inside.
If you are missing an item please check to see if there is a Out of Stock card letting you know we don't have the stock and a refund will be issued for this item. Please also feel free to email us at info@arttreecreations.com.au with a photo of your order and what is missing.
