High Shear Mixing Blade

High-shear Mixing Blades are essential for the proper mixing of all Jesmonite composite materials. They are specifically designed for adding Jesmonite Base into Jesmonite Liquids. The mixing action reduces air bubbles and ensures that the mix is smooth and free from lumps.

They are made from solid stainless steel, and will attach to all conventional drills.

The Extra Small mixing blade is 35mm and 160mm long (shaft length).

The Small mixing Blade is 65mm and 170mm long (shaft length) can be used for up to 5kg of complete mix weight.

The Large mixing Blade is 105mm and 290mm long (shaft length) and can be used for 5kg-30kg of complete mix weight.
